Sara Lynn Evans, born on the 5th of February, 1971 on the 5th of February in New Franklin Missouri was raised as the oldest from seven brothers. Sara Lynn Evans was singing in the family group since she was just five years old. As a sixteen-year-old she was employed for two years at an evening club in Columbia Missouri. She relocated from Missouri to Nashville Tennessee for the purpose to pursue a career as an country artist in the year 1991. Evans came out with Three Chords and the Truth, her debut album in 1997. It was praised by the press for her return to a traditional country style and was featured on numerous lists of the top 10 albums of 1997.
